With its world-class research centre—the only one in Canada entirely dedicated to maternal and child health—the CHU Sainte-Justine is a leading institution in precision health, advancing its full potential thanks to the vital support of its donors.

As the healthcare establishment managing the highest number of infectious diseases in Canada, the Jewish General Hospital and its Centre of Excellence in Infectious Diseases are at the forefront of research, testing, and treatment, as well as the discovery of new pathogens.

The Research Institute of the MUHC’s 446 researchers and 1,184 students published in 2020 and 2021 over 1,900 scientific publications and contributed to several innovative projects to help in the fight against COVID-19.
